Hello! Hola! Salut! I’m Sarah Clarke, the Europe Regional Director for Article 19. Since beginning my work in the free expression field, 12 years ago, it’s been my real pleasure to engage with IFEX on a wide range of issues from Turkey to Malta and SLAPPs to impunity. I’ve always admired our participatory, collaborative and brilliantly creative work. 

It would be an honour to sit on the IFEX Council, particularly at this moment when the threats to free expression and a free media are more complex than ever and collaborative solutions are key to fighting back.
